Mirza Ghulam's un-Islamic Beliefs

 

Belief in Second Advent of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) in the latter days

Translation:

Every Prophet had one advent. But our Prophet (SAW) had 2 advents. And the verse 'wa aakhareena minhum lamma yal haqoobihim' confirms this. All the biggest Qur'anic Scholars write regarding this verse, that the last group of this Ummah, meaning Maseeh Maud's Jama'at, will be in the same form of the Sahaba. And just like the Sahaba (Radhi Allah anhum) without any difference, will attain guidance from the Holy Prophet (SAW)...In this light, one must believe in another advent of the Holy Prophet which will be in the latter days in the time of Maseeh Maud... The Holy Prophet had 2 advents. In other words, you may say that one mission was in the reincarnated form. It was promised that the Holy Prophet would be sent to the world once again and this was fulfilled by the advent of the Promised Messiah and the Promised Mahdi. 

"Har ek nabi ka ek ba'as hai. Magar hamaray nabi (SAW) ke do ba'as hain. Aur is par nas qatee aayat kareema 'wa aakhareena minhim lamma yal haqoobihim' hai. Tamaam akabar mufassareen is aayat ki tafseer me likhtay hain ke is ummat ka aakhri garoh yani Maseeh Maud ki jama'at sahaba ke rang me houn gay. Aur sahaba radhi Allahu anhum ki tarah baghair kisi farq ke aan hazrat sallal laahu alayhi wassallam se faiz aur hidaayat paaein gay. Pas jabkay yeh amr nas sareeh quran shareef se saabit hua ke jaisa ke aan hazrat sallal laahu alayhi wassallam ka faiz sahaba par jaari hua aisa hee baghair kisi imtiaz aur tafreeq kay Maseeh Maud ki jama'at par faiz ho ga. 

To is soorat mein aan hazrat sallal laahu alayhi wassallam ka ek aur ba'as maan na parra jo aakhri zamana mein Maseeh Maud kay waqt mein hazaar sasham mein ho ga. Aur is taqreer se yeh baat bapaya saboot pohonch ga'ee ke aan hazrat sallal laahu alayhi wassallam ke do ba'as hain ya ba tabdeel alfaaz youn keh saktay hain ke ek baroozi rang mein aan hazrat sallal laahu alayhi wassallam ka dobara aana dunya mein waadah diya gaya tha jo Maseeh Maud aur mahdi Maud ke zahoor se poora hua".

 

Claim of being avatar (incarnate) of Prophet Muhammad (SAW)

Mirza Ghulam claimed he was an avatar (incarnate) of Jesus (as) and Muhammad (pbuh). No such belief exists in Islam. Mirza Ghulam made this up, perhaps taken from Hinduism.

Translation:

And I was sent as the incarnate of Eisa Maseeh. In the same way He gave me the name Muhammad and Ahmad and in order for me to spread Tawheed (Oneness of God) clothed me with the robe of Mahdi, and made me the incarnate of Muhammad sallal laahu alayhi wassallam.

 "Aur mujhay khu aur bu aur rang aur roop ke lihaaz se hazrat Eisa Maseeh ka autaar karkay bheja. Aisa hee us ne haqooq khaaliq kay talf kay lihaaz se mera naam Muhammad aur Ahmad rakha aur mujhay tawheed phelanay kay liye tamaam khu aur bu aur rang aur roop aur jaameh Mahdee pehna kar hazrat Muhammad sallal laahu alayhi wassallam ka autar bana diya".

 

Claim of being higher than Prophet Muhammad (SAW))

Mirza Ghulam claimed to be the second advent of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) and furthermore claimed that Prophet Muhammad's second coming (ie Mirza Ghulam's coming) is more stronger, more complete and more firece than the Prophet's first coming.

Translation:

So if you have sense then contemplate. And know that just as our Prophet sallal laahu alayhi wassallam came in the 5th millenium, in the same way he has come in the form of Maseeh Maud at the end of the 6th millenium. And this is proven from the Quran, there is no room for denial and except the blind no-one turns their head from its meaning. Don't you worry about the verse wa aakhareena minhum? And how can the understanding of the term minhum become realised if the Holy Prophet is not present in the aakhareen (latter days) like he was present amongst the earlier ones?
What ever we have stated, there is no escaping its acceptance and the path for the deniers to run is closed. And whoever rejects this point that the Holy Prophet's coming is related to the 6th millenium just like it did for the 5th millenium, that person rejects the truth and the Qur'an. But the truth is that the Holy Prophet's spirituality at the end of the 6th millenium, meaning these days, in comparison to those days, is stronger, complete and severe. But it is like the moon of the fourteenth night.

"Pas agar tu aqalmand hai to fikr kar. Aur jaan kay hamaray nabi kareem sallal laahu alayhi wassallam jaisa kay paanchveen hazaar mein maboos huay aisa hee Maseeh Maud ki baroozi soorat ikhtiyaar kar kay chhattay hazaar kay aakhir mein maboos huay. Aur yeh Qur'an se saabit hai is mein inkaar ki gunjaaish nahi aur bajaz andhaun ke koi is ke menay say sar nahi phair ta.
Kya aakhareena minhum ki aayat mein fikr nahi kartay. Aur kis tarah minhum kay lafz ka mafhoom mut-haqaq ho agar rasool kareem aakhareen mein maujood na houn jaisa ke pehlon mein maujood thay. Pas jo kuch hum nay zikr kiya us ki tasleem say chaara nahi aur mukaron kay liye bhaag ne ka raasta band hai. Aur jis nay is baat se inkaar kiya kay nabi alayhis salaam ki besat chhattay hazaar say ta'luq rakhti hai jaisa kay paanchveen hazaar say ta'luq rakhti thi pas us nay haq ka aur nus Quran ka inkaar kiya.
Balkay haq yeh hai ke aan hazrat sallallaahu alayhi wassallam ki roohaaniyat chhattay hazaar kay aakhir mein ya'ni in dinaun mein ba nisbat un saalaun kay aqwa aur akmal aur ashad hai. Balkay chaudveen raat kay chaand ki tarah hai".

 

Mirza Ghulam claimed to be a Legislative Prophet

Roohani Khaza'in Volume 17, Arbaeen Number 4, Page 435

Translation:

Also understand this, that what is shariat. Whoever through his wahi (revelation) states certain amr (commands) and nahi (prohibitions) and establishes a law for his ummah, that person will be a person of shariat. So even according to this definition, our opponents are mulzam because my wahi contains commands and prohibitions.

"Ma sawa is kay yeh bhi to samjho ke shariat kya cheez hai jis ne apni wahi kay zariyeh say chand amr aur nahi bayaan kiye aur apni ummat ke liye ek qanoon muqarrar kiya wohi sahib al shariat ho ga. Pas is tareef kay ro se bhi hamaray mukhalif mulzam hain kyoun ke meri wahi mein amr bhi hain aur nahi bhi".

All those who reject Mirza Ghulam are not Muslim
